Booking

The booking is guaranteed only from the date of receipt of this form duly completed and signed and the payment of the deposit: 50% of the price including all taxes of the stay and reach us within 5 days from your reservation. Your reservation will only become final after the registration of your deposit. The balance of the price including all taxes must be paid at the latest 15 days before the date of arrival.

WARNING : After these deadlines, if we have not received your deposit or balance payment, we will consider your reservation as cancelled and we will put the corresponding services back on sale. In addition, the cancellation conditions will be applied to you. On receipt of your deposit, a confirmation of your stay will be sent to you specifying the balance remaining to be paid. These rates are firm from the date of receipt of the booking guarantee. Any written confirmation not accompanied by the full deposit is considered null and void. Any person arriving without having previously paid the balance will be refused. In the event of registration less than thirty days before the date of arrival, the client must pay the full price at the time of booking. The date on which this reservation may be made will not always allow us to send you a confirmation of your stay. You will then be deemed to have accepted all the information appearing on the present form or brought to your attention orally.

Any modification of the initial reservation already guaranteed, must be formulated in writing and be validated by an acceptance on our part.

Concellation

Tarif flexible : Within the framework of the ½ pension, any benefit of the package not consumed will not be deducted, nor give right to compensation of any kind.
Any cancellation, even partial, must be expressed in writing.
Between 7 days and less before the date of the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the amount of the file

In case of dispute, and after having seized the customer service and in the absence of answer
satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the
Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose coordinates are listed below :
